	Amend CSHB 3612 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 8, lines 24 and 25, strike ", except that a party 	is not entitled to a jury trial".
	(2)  On page 9, line 2, strike "Except as provided by 
Subsection (a), to" and substitute "To".
