The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 3621 (House committee printing) on page 2, line 26, 
between "finalized" and the underlined period, by inserting: "and 
include the notice in each retail installment agreement.  The 
notice must be conspicuous, in bold-faced type, and capitalized or 
underlined".
