The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
CSHB 3621 is amended by inserting the following between the 
subsection designator "(e)" and the word "The" on page 3, line 5 of 
the Committee Substitute:  "Prior to increasing the maximum amount 
of the documentary fee the retail seller charges, a retail seller 
shall provide written notice to the commissioner of the maximum 
amount of the documentary fee the retail seller intends to charge."
