Amend HB 3637 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTIONS to the bill and renumbering the remaining SECTIONS 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 117.111, Local Government Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 117.111.  SUBCHAPTER APPLICABLE TO COUNTY WITH 
POPULATION OF 1.3 [2.4] MILLION OR MORE.  This subchapter applies 
only to a county with a population of 1.3 [2.4] million or more.
	SECTION ____.  The heading to Subchapter E, Chapter 117, 
Local Government Code, is amended to read as follows:
