Amend CSHB 3650 (House committee printing) to read as 
follows:             
	In SECTION 1, on page 8, line 3, strike the words "alcohol or 
beverage service,"
	And in SECTION 1, on page 8, line 4, after the period, insert 
the following: 

"The acquisition, taxation, sale, and service of alcoholic 
beverages in or on any of the authority's system, high-speed rail 
facilities, rolling stock, and intermodal facilities shall comply 
in all respects with the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code, 
the rules of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and Chapter 183, 
Tax Code."
