System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3676 (house committee report) on page 5 by striking 
lines 12-14 and substituting the following:
			(E)  pays at least 110 percent of:                                    
				(i)  the county average weekly wage for 
manufacturing jobs in the county where the job is located; or
				(ii)  the county average weekly wage for all 
jobs in the county where the job is located, if the property owner 
creates more than 1,000 jobs in that county.
