Amend HB 3676 (Senate committee printing) on third reading 
between SECTION 13 and SECTION 14 (page 10, between lines 49 and 50) 
by adding the following new SECTION 14, and renumbering the 
remaining sections appropriately:
	SECTION 14.  Amend Section 552.003(1)(B), Government Code, 
as follows:       
			(B)  does not include:                                                
				(i)  the judiciary; or                                        
				(ii)  a nonprofit corporation that is 
organized for the purposes of a chamber of commerce and provides 
economic development services to a governmental body.
