Amend HB 3765 (house committee printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  On page 2, line 17, strike "20 percent annually" and 
substitute "10 percent of the annually appropriated amount".
	(2)  On page 2, strike lines 21-27, and substitute:                            
			(A)  for remediation; and                                             
			(B)  to create incentives for the adoption of 
innovative technology in lead-acid battery recycling to increase 
the efficiency and effectiveness of the recycling process or reduce 
the negative environmental impacts of the recycling process.
	(3)  On page 3, strike lines 1-7.                                              
	(4)  On page 3, line 8, strike "3." and substitute "2.".
