	Amend CSHB 3790 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board 
shall conduct a study of whether bilingual education is a critical 
field for the purposes of Subchapter FF, Chapter 61, Education 
Code, as added by this Act.
