Amend HB 4029 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 
241.154(b)(1)(B), Health and Safety Code (page 1, line 50), strike 
"or" and substitute "[or]".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 
241.154(b)(2), Health and Safety Code (page 1, lines 51-52), strike 
"any microform or other electronic medium" and substitute "[any] 
microform [or other electronic medium]".
	(3)   In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 
241.154(b)(2), Health and Safety Code (page 1, line 57), strike 
"copies." and substitute the following:

copies; or                                                             
		(3)  if the requested records are provided on a digital 
or other electronic medium and the requesting party requests 
delivery in a digital or electronic medium, including electronic 
mail:
			(A)  a retrieval or processing fee, which may not 
exceed $75; and   
			(B)  the actual cost of mailing, shipping, or 
otherwise delivering the provided copies.
