Amend CSHB 4061 (house committee report) as follows:                         
	(1)  Strike page 6, line 12, through page 7, line 21, of the 
bill.           
	(2)  On page 7, line 22, strike "Except as provided by 
Section 5 of this Act, the" and substitute "The".
	(3)  On page 8, strike lines 3-6.                                              
	(4)  Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
