Amend Amendment No. 1 by Parker to CSHB 4525 as follows:                     
	(1)  On page 4, between "means" and "any", insert ", solely 
for purposes of this section,".
	(2)  On page 5, line 4, between "employees" and "for", insert 
"not employed in a "bona fide executive, administrative, or 
professional capacity," as that phrase is used for purposes of 
establishing an exemption to the overtime provisions of the federal 
Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. Section 201 et seq.), 
excluding operating staff, maintenance staff, and engineering 
staff,".
