	Amend CSHB 4525 (House committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 1, lines 22-23, strike "as that term is defined 
by Section 151.318, Tax Code", and substitute "as described in 
sector codes 31-33 of the North American Industry Classification 
System."
