Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 by Ogden to HB 4583 (Senate 
committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  The comptroller of public accounts shall, in 
the comptroller's statement under Section 49-a, Article III, Texas 
Constitution, to the 82nd Legislature on its convening, include an 
estimate of general revenue dedicated account balances based on the 
laws then in effect, separately identifying those account balances 
available for certification.
