	Amend the Pitts amendment to CSHB 4586 (page 9 of the prefiled 
amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  In the heading of the substituted language for SECTION 
58 of the bill, between "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" and the period, insert 
", AN INSURER, OR ANOTHER SOURCE".
	(2)  In the text of the substituted language for SECTION 58 
of the bill, between "federal government" and "for an expenditure" 
insert ", an insurer, or another source".
