	Amend CSHB 4833 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  (a)  Subchapter C, Chapter 24, Government 
Code, is amended by adding Section 24.576 to read as follows:
	Sec. 24.576.  432ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY).  (a)  
The 432nd Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.
	(b)  The 432nd District Court shall give preference to 
criminal matters.
	(b)  The 432nd Judicial District is created on the effective 
date of this Act.
