The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHJR 14 (house committee report) as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 1, line 11, between "providing utility service, 
by" and "the public at", insert "an entity that provides 
telecommunications service, video service, or cable service to 
which the law grants eminent domain authority, by".
	(2)  On page 2, line 2, between "utility service," and "the 
public,", insert "an entity that provides telecommunications 
service, video service, or cable service to which the law grants 
eminent domain authority, by".
