	Amend HJR 83 (house committee report) as follows:                            

(1)  On page 1, line 19, between "Galveston County," and 	"Brazoria", insert "Chambers County,".
	(2)  On page 2, line 21, strike "County" and substitute "and 
Chambers Counties".
	(3)  On page 3, line 3, strike "County" and substitute "and 
Chambers Counties".
