	Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in new Rule 2, Section 9 
(Parliamentarian), as follows:
	(1) On page 20, line 18, between "each member of the house" 
and the period, insert "and shall keep confidential all requests 
made by members of the house for advice or guidance regarding 
procedure unless the parties otherwise agree".
	(2) Insert the following on page 21 between lines 1 and 2:                     
	(c) In the event of a conflict between this section and the 
housekeeping resolution, this section controls.
