	Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 3 (STANDING 
COMMITTEES) as follows:
	(1)  In Section 6 (page 26, line 9), strike "CIVIL 
JURISPRUDENCE [PRACTICES]" and substitute "JUDICIARY AND CIVIL 
JURISPRUDENCE [PRACTICES]".
	(2)  Reorder the sections of Rule 3 in alphabetic order 
according to the names of the committees and renumber those 
sections accordingly.
