Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 3 (STANDING COMMITTEES) as follows: (1) In Section 25 (page 42, line 23), strike "MILITARY" and substitute "DEFENSE". (2) Reorder the sections of Rule 3 in alphabetic order according to the names of the committees and renumber those sections accordingly.
