Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 3, Section 29 
(Redistricting Committee), between "members," and "with" (page 46, 
line 15), by inserting "composed of a chairman appointed by the 
speaker of the house, seven members belonging to the political 
party with the most members in the house and selected by the speaker 
of the house, and seven members belonging to the political party 
with the second highest number of members in the house and selected 
by the speaker of the house,".
