	Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 4, Section 32, 
as follows:   
	(1)  Insert the following on page 73, line 4, between "(d)" 
and "A committee chair":

The author of a bill or resolution for which an analysis is required 
by Subsection (c) of this section and the committee to which the 
bill or resolution is referred may request the Texas Legislative 
Council to prepare the analysis required by Subsection (c) of this 
section.
	(e)                                                                     
	(2)  On page 73, line 8, strike "(e)" and substitute "(f)".      
	(3)  On page 73, line 11, strike "(f)" and substitute "(g)".
