	Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 5, Section 51A  
(FLOOR PROCEDURE) as follows:
	(1)  On page 104, line 16, strike "Internet;" and substitute 
"Internet and on any televised broadcast of the house proceedings 
produced by or under the direction of the house;".
	(2)  On page 104, lines 17-20, strike "on the Internet not 
later than one hour after the time the yeas and nays have been taken 
and the speaker has declared the result of the vote" and substitute 
"in real time on the Internet and on any televised broadcast of the 
house proceedings produced by or under the direction of the house
[not later than one hour after the time the yeas and nays have been 
taken and the speaker has declared the result of the vote]".
