Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) on page 9 after line 2 
by adding the following to Rule 1:

CHAPTER D.  MOTION TO VACATE THE CHAIR
	Sec. 19.  MOTION TO VACATE THE CHAIR.  To prevail, a motion 
to vacate the chair requires an affirmative vote of two-thirds of 
the members present.
