	Amend the P. King amendment to HR 2 on page 1 as follows:                    
	(1)  On line 3, strike "MOTION TO VACATE THE CHAIR" and 
substitute "REMOVAL OF SPEAKER".
	(2)  On lines 4-5, strike "MOTION TO VACATE THE CHAIR. To 
prevail, a motion to vacate the chair" and substitute "REMOVAL OF 
SPEAKER.  Removal of the speaker pursuant to a question of 
privilege".
