Amend HR 2 (adopting the House Rules) in Rule 11, Section 6, 
by adding a new Subsection (j) (page 163, between lines 19 and 20) 
to read as follows:
	(j)  To the best of its ability, for bills and resolutions on 
second reading, the Texas Legislative Council shall prepare for 
viewing on the floor amendment system for each amendment drafted by 
a legislative council attorney on the floor of the house, in 
addition to the text of the amendment in the form of instructions 
for engrossment, a supplemental electronic document that displays 
text of the committee report incorporating the changes proposed by 
the amendment.
