Amend the P. King amendment to HR 2 (House Rules) on page 1, lines 3 and 5, by striking "during a regular session following the removal of the previous speaker pursuant to a motion to vacate the chair or another similar motion" and substituting "to fill a vacancy in the office after the appointment of standing committees".
