Amend the P. King amendment to HR 2 (House Rules) as follows: (1) On page 1, line 11 by striking "and". (2) On page 1, between line 11 and line 12 insert "(3) designate a different member of a standing committee as committee chair; and". (3) On page 1, line 12, strike "(3)" and substitute "(4)".
