	Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider in Article III after the appropriations to the Teacher 
Retirement System of Texas:
	____. Minority Investment Fund Managers.  From money 
appropriated under Goal A, To Administer the System as an Employee 
Benefit Trust, the Teacher Retirement System shall make a good 
faith effort to hire minority investment fund managers.
