Amend Amendment No. 102 to CSSB 1 by Martinez Fischer (on page 
149 of the prefiled amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  On line 4, strike "Minority Investment" and substitute 
"Emerging".      
	(2)  On line 7, strike "hire minority investment fund 
managers." and substitute the following:

expand its program to hire qualified emerging fund managers.  The 
Teachers Retirement System of Texas shall report back to the 82nd 
Legislature on the methods and results of the system's efforts to 
hire emerging fund managers, including data disaggregated by race, 
ethnicity, gender, and fund size.
