	On page V-27 of the Department of Criminal Justice's bill 
pattern, add the following new rider:
	____.  Evaluation of Services Required.  Out of the funds 
appropriated above, the Department and the Managed Care Advisory 
Committee shall identify, evaluate, and may pilot, mechanisms to 
lower the cost of, or increase the quality of care in health or 
pharmacy services.
