	Amend Floor Amendment No. 138 as follows:                                    
	(1)  on lines six and seven strike the words "a public

insert the words "the University of Houston"
	(2)  on line nine insert a period after the word facility                      
	(3)  strike the words "and $4,074,460 in each fiscal year
