	Amend CSSB 1, on page I-51 (Trusteed Programs Within the 
Office of the Governor) by inserting the appropriately-numbered 
rider and renumbering any subsequent riders accordingly.

Failed Firms.  No funds appropriated above in Strategy A.1.8 or 
Strategy A.1.12 may be awarded to an entity that has participated in 
the federal Troubled Assets Relief Fund (TARP).
