The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSSB 1 in Article VI of the bill by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider following the appropriations to the 
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality:
	____.  GasFind IR Infrared Cameras for the Texas Commission 
on Environmental Quality.  Out of the amounts appropriated above in 
Strategy A.1.1, Air Quality Assessment and Planning, the Texas 
Commission on Environmental Quality shall purchase, operate and 
maintain no less than two GasFind IR infrared cameras for the 
purpose of detecting volatile organic compounds.
