System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend the floor amendment on page 218 of the prefiled 
amendments to CSSB 1, by Solomons, to strike the language of the 
amendment and substitute the following:
	____.  Stationary Sulphur Monitoring Camera for the Texas 
Commission on Environmental Quality.  Out of the amounts 
appropriated above in Strategy A.1.1, Air Quality Assessment and 
Planning, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall 
purchase, operate, maintain, and deploy no less than seven 
Stationary Sulphur Monitoring Cameras for the purpose of monitoring 
and responding to methane gas odor complaints.
