Amend Amendment No. 152 to CSSB 1 by Guillen (page 235, 
prefiled amendments packet) on page 1, by striking the text of the 
amendment and substituting the following:
	Amend Article XI of the bill (page XI-17) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered rider following the 
appropriations to the Texas Department of Transportation:
	____. Appropriation.  Texas Department of Transportation. In 
addition to amounts otherwise appropriated by this Act to the Texas 
Department of Transportation under Article VII, $10,000,000 is 
appropriated for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2010, and 
$10,000,000 is appropriated to that department for the state fiscal 
year ending August 31, 2011, for the support and promotion of public 
transportation.
