System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 on page VIII-34 (Department of Insurance) by 
inserting the appropriately-numbered rider and renumbering any 
subsequent riders accordingly.
	____.  Coverage Reductions.  The department shall conduct a 
review of levels of coverage to determine what, if any, changes have 
occurred in the level of protection offered by homeowners insurance 
policies since the department's adoption of approved national forms 
in 2002.  The department shall prepare a report for the 82nd 
Legislature quantifying effect of the change to national forms on 
the level of coverage for the average homeowner in this state.
