	Amend CSSB 1 on page VIII-34 (Department of Insurance) by 
inserting the following appropriately-numbered rider and 
renumbering any subsequent riders accordingly.
	____.  Health Insurance Premiums.  The agency shall conduct a 
review of health insurance premiums and the affordability of 
premiums for families earning less than 200% of the federal poverty 
level.  The department shall report to the 82nd Legislature about 
the impact of premium costs on accessibility and affordability of 
insurance coverage.
