System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page IX-70 of the General Appropriations Act, add the 
following provision:
	Sec. ____. Property Tax Relief.  Notwithstanding any other 
provision in this Act, none of the funds appropriated in Article XI 
of this Act shall be appropriated until the Property Tax Relief Fund 
has been allocated the difference in the revenue estimated to be 
raised as a result of legislation reforming the Texas Franchise Tax 
(HB 3, 79th Legislature, Third Called Session) and actual revenue 
raised as a result of that legislation as certified by the 
Comptroller of Public Accounts for the 81st Legislature (2010/2011 
biennium).
