	Amend CSSB 1, Article IX, by inserting the following 
appropriately numbered Rider:
	____.  Reservoir site acquisition.  It is the intent of the 
Legislature that, during the fiscal year 2010-11 biennium, no 
appropriation may be used to fund the acquisition of a reservoir 
site that is under study by a committee established by the Eightieth 
Legislature.
