System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider following the Article X appropriations to the Legislative 
Council:
	____.  State Demographer Support.  Out of the funds 
appropriated above, the Legislative Council shall transfer 
$277,855 during the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2009, 
and $277,855 during the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 
2010, to The University of Texas at San Antonio for use by the 
university in support of the activities of the state demographer.
