System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend the amendment on page 26 by inserting the following 
language at the end of the rider:
	The Commission in awarding additional funds which are 
included above in Strategy A.1.5, Courthouse Preservation, shall 
give priority to courthouse restoration projects currently in 
progress and to projects for which plans have been previously 
approved by the Commission as of May 1, 2009.
