System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, on page I-26 of the Commission on State 
Emergency Communications' bill pattern, add the following new 
rider:
	____.  Statewide Interoperable Radio Infrastructure.  
Contingent on the passage of HB 2507 or similar legislation 
relating to the development of an interoperable statewide emergency 
radio infrastructure, and in addition to the amounts appropriated 
elsewhere in this Act, the Commission on State Emergency 
Communications is hereby appropriated $60,000,000 in fiscal year 
2010 and $60,000,000 in fiscal year 2011 from General 
Revenue–Dedicated Emergency Radio Infrastructure account for the 
purpose of creating and maintaining the infrastructure.
