	Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following rider following the 
Article II appropriations to the Department of State Health 
Services (page II-71):
	____.  Contingent Appropriation:  Transportation of Mental 
Health Patients.  Contingent on HB 89 or similar legislation of the 
81st Legislature relating to the transportation of certain mental 
health patients being enacted and becoming law, of the amounts 
appropriated to the Department of State Health Services under 
Strategy B.2.1, Mental Health Services–Adults (page II-45), the 
department shall allocate $125,000 for the state fiscal year ending 
August 31, 2010, and $125,000 for the state fiscal year ending 
August 31, 2011, to the transportation of mental health patients in 
accordance with that Act.
