System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 (House Committee Printing) by adding the 
following rider under Article I, Department of Information 
Resources:
	Data Center Efficiencies.  It is the intent of the 
Legislature that out of funds appropriated above for Strategy 
B.2.1, Data Center Services, the Department of Information 
Resources shall utilize energy efficient multi-core servers 
wherever possible.
