page ____, by adding a new rider to read as follows and by numbering 
it accordingly:
	"____.  For the purpose of allocating dedicated bonds for 
historical and recreational projects.  Out of the bonds 
appropriated above, the Commission shall receive appropriations 
for historical and recreational projects.
