The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSSB 1 (House Committee Printing) in Article III of the 
bill, following the appropriation to the Texas Education Agency 
(page III-22), by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider:
	____.  School Bus Seat Belt Program.  From funds appropriated 
above in Strategy A.2.4, School Improvement and Support Programs, 
the Texas Education Agency shall allocate $31,000,000 in fiscal 
year 2011 for the purpose of implementing a school bus seat belt 
program.
