System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 (House committee printing) in Article III of the 
bill, after the appropriations to the Higher Education Coordinating 
Board, by adding the following to Rider 13 (page III-46):
	Of the amounts appropriated above for Strategy E.1.2, 
priority shall be given to funding contact hours generated from the 
growth of a new campus at Northwest Lakeview College in the Alamo 
Community College District.
