System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 26 to CSSB 1 by Hilderbran (On page 26 of 
the prefiled amendment packet) on line 6 of the amendment at the end 
of the amendment by inserting the following:
	Any and all funds appropriated out of Strategy A.1.5, 
Courthouse Preservation shall give priority to restoration 
projects in which the historic courthouse has been vacated and 
restoration construction is already in progress as of May 1, 2009.
